	BANDITS! (72) aka Sonny and Jed; Bandera Bandits; Far West Story; La banda J.S.: Cronaca criminale del Far West. Sergio Leone, the king of spaghetti westerns, would never have dreamed of making a western like Bandits. It is a poignant film that was considered daring at the time of its release and is now labeled by many as a cult classic. Tomas Milian, who took the stage name "Tomas" after his prime role model: Tomas F. Dobb, plays Jed in an unforgettable role initially intended for Rodney Dangerfield. Susan George plays Sonny, Jed's one-true love and partner-in-crime. This is a Bonnie and Clyde of the west. It isn't a great film, but it seems to entertain most of the time. The best performance in the film, by far, is by Telly Savalas. He plays a blind sheriff who is determined to catch Sonny and Jed dead or alive by using any means necessary BY HIMSELF! Savalas steals every scene he is in and rightfully so. The final line in the film is right up there with the final line in Gone with the Wind. Order
	BARBARIAN QUEEN (85) aka Queen of the Naked Steel, Reina salvaje. Tawny golden-haired Amethea (Phil Spector victim Lana Clarkson) has her wedding day ruined by pillaging marauders who rape her teen sister (Dawn Dunlap), kidnap her hunky blonde fiance, and burn her village to the ground! So she and her bosom buddies, Susana Traverso and huge- haired Katt Shea, embark on a quest to overthrow evil Lord Arrakur. If you're into sword-fighting warrior babes in leather bikinis and Uggs, this unbelievably cheap Conan knock-off's got 'em. The highlight has Lana strapped naked to a torture rack, using her heroically powerful thighs and vag muscles to crush her creepily Spectorish rapist and toss him into a handy acid-bath. UNCUT version with five extra minutes of nudity and mayhem not seen in the theatrical release. (review by Christian McLaughlin) Order
	BARE KNUCKLES (SPECIAL EDITION) (77) Tough-as-steer meat bounty hunter Zack Kane is furiously combing the darker side of Los Angeles for a nutcase of the upper crust who’s crazier than a shithouse rat! Seems when this poor little rich kid’s not busy trying to get it on hot an’ heavy with his own mother, he dons a leather executioner’s hood, hisses like a possum in heat, and pounces around the night sharpening his shiny blade on the succulent flesh of random young females. 	B.C. ROCK (80) aka Le Chaînon Manquant. A raunchy animated feature from France gets redubbed in English and rescored with music from such hit makers as Genesis, Leo Sayer, Hall & Oates and Triumph! Our intrepid narrator is the first modern man born to a tribe of Neanderthals. Tossed out for being too civilized, he soon hooks up with a friendly brontosaurus and is schooled in the ways of the world by a jive talkin’ pterodactyl. He goes on to have a lot of surreal adventures with prehistoric monsters and near-humans before discovering fire, inventing the wheel and coming up with the concept of casual sex. Returning home, his family takes his precious newfound knowledge and uses it to wage war! The animation is lively and the artwork is colorful and engaging but you definitely DON’T want to share this film with your kids. There is plentiful frontal nudity, obscene language, near X-rated levels of sex going on and gore galore. Which means that is, of course, HIGHLY recommended! (review by Greg Goodsell) Order

	BETWEEN THE LINES (77) "The Back Bay Mainline" a Boston hippie underground newspaper is in financial trouble and about to be bought by a big time publisher. The in-fighting, bickering, jealousies and bed hopping by the young, idealistic staff make up the main, simple plot of the film but the cast and the sharp script make it a pleasure to watch. This is a movie very much of it's time and is CHOCK FULL of some of the best young American actors doing some of their earliest film work: Jeff Goldblum is hystercial as the constantly stoned music critic who is always dead broke, Bruno Kirby (pre-Godfather II, When Harry Met Sally) is almost unrecognizable, pre- L.A. Law Jill Eikenberry, Lindsay Crouse, Joe Morton (Terminator II, Lone Star, City of Hope) and a very young, pre-TAXI Marilu Henner as a stripper. Order

	THE BIG BIRD CAGE (72) aka Women's Penitentiary II. "Women so hot with desire, they melt the chains that enslave them!" Roger Corman & Jack Hill pull out all the stops in this grade-A trash epic deluxe about two strong-willed lady-cons (sultry Price Is Right model Anitra Ford and hot-blooded revolutionary Pam Grier) tossed into a hellish jungle prison camp where frequently naked babes become slaves in a brutal sugar mill run by a horny, sadistic warden and his squad of hilariously pissy gay guards. Sid Haig plays Pam's sexy co-contra (and musical partner!) and isn't above going undercover as a slutty gay guard to bust homegirl out of the joint. Vicious dogs, mud-wrestling, lots of whippings, a psychotic lesbian Amazon, and a snappy sense of humor keep everything rattling along at a breakneck pace until the fiery massacre climax! This one gets Faggotry's vote as the best 70's WIP flick, but there's plenty of naked chicks for straight guys and chick-power for the ladies, so pick it up to top off your next family BBQ! The original TTTT (Topless Tarts in a Tropical Toilet) women's prison blockbuster! Roger Corman and director Jack Hill assembled a ball-bashing cast (ebony starlet Pam Grier, blonde goddess Roberta Collins, Judy Brown, Pat Woodell and bat-shit crazy junkie Brooke Mills), plunked them down in the middle of the Filipino jungle and let the fun begin. With Nazi dyke jailers, torture by electroshock and king cobra, abundant nudity, plenty of '70s attitude and Captain Howdy himself, Sid Haig, suppyling the comic relief. 	THE BLACK KLANSMAN (66) aka I Crossed the Color Line; Brutes. A light-skinned black man goes undercover (so to speak) and joins the KKK to catch the people who blew up his church and killed his daughter, in this rare and sleazy "raceploitation" actioner from the one and only Ted V. Mikels. With  plenty of lynchin', fightin', shootin' and liberal(?) use of the "N" word; plus Max Julien, "Grady" himself (Whitman Mayo) in a cameo as a bartender and the greatest theme song of all time! Order
	BLACK LIKE ME (64) In the Sixties, journalist John Howard Griffin underwent a regimen of chemical treatments to darken his skin and traveled through the American Deep South passing as Black. Not surprisingly, he became acutely aware of the intolerance of the Southern States and quickly became acquainted with the tactics used by African Americans to survive in a segregated society. Originally a best-selling book, when Hollywood got through with the story James Whitmore was cast as Griffin, the righteous man working on the side of justice. Don't get us wrong, Griffin's a fine actor and definitely up for the part but, truth be told, with his long nose, thin lips and baby blue eyes he'd have a snow ball's chance in Alabama of passing for Black. That's America though - we don't likes 'em too righteous, and we certainly don't likes 'em TOO Black! Anyway, it's a great (and important) story, the black-and-white photography capably portrays the humid, hateful atmosphere of the Mason Dixon line and there's a star-studded cast that includes Roscoe Lee Browne, Billie Allen and Will Greer, lovable Grandpa Walton from TV, as a demented truck-driving cracker! Excellent print too - transferred straight from the long OOP laserdisc release. (review by Greg Goodsell) Order

	BLOOD BEACH "Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, YOU CAN'T GET TO IT!" A giant bloodthirsty phallic sand-slug slurps down unlucky pets, kids and topless beach babes while Burt Young, John Saxon and Stefan Gierasch (the principal in Carrie) stand around looking exceedingly grumpy in this beloved monster B-pic, which contains just enough nudity and gore to keep late-night 80's cable viewers awake. Lurid trash about a sex-crazed nympho (Maria de Aragon from The Deadly and the Beautiful) who kills her bed-ridden abortionist father to bankroll her depraved boyfriend, only to find that the inheritance goes to her goody goody sister instead.
